Designation Shift Manager-Heat Treatment Operation Job Description • To plan, supervise & control all heat treatment operation in all 3 shifts. • To take active participation in quality & process improvement activities. • To motivate associates working under him to improve team work, work culture. • To optimize resources (man, machine, material) to improve production output. • To maintain highest order of discipline & house keeping. • To handle effectively team of associates considering all aspects of safety, chemicals & gases. Desired Profile • Preferably BE (Mettallurgy) with work experience of minimum 5 years in reputed heat treatment shop. • Knowledge of Sealed Quench furnace working, Induction hardening, Gas carburizing & Surface treatment is must. • Should be willing to work in shifts (All 3 Shifts).
